This document, the Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the "Policy"), if there are "Terms of Use/Terms of Use" on the website, constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Use/Terms of Use of the website (hereinafter: the "Site"), and should be read together with them, relying on the definitions contained in the Terms of Use and subject to them.


The operator considers it very important to maintain the privacy of users on the site. In order to strengthen the protection of users' privacy, the operator publishes the current privacy policy, which provides details and clarifications regarding the options available to the user when using the site, as well as details about the manner in which information is collected and the operator's conduct regarding its use.

The personal information in the operator's databases will be used solely for defined purposes - such as billing, shipping, mailing, payment requests and documentation according to legal requirements.

Sometimes we will share this information with external service providers necessary to complete the transaction (for example: a courier company or clearing provider, credit company or mailing company).

You can review the information collected about you, request to correct it or delete it – in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law.

Providing the information is solely at your discretion, but without providing it we will not be able to provide the service.



1. General

  • As part of using the site's services, the user may be asked to provide the operator with personal information such as: full name, telephone number, e-mail address and mailing address (for the accountant, for example). This information will be stored in the operator's customer database and will be used for internal operational needs as well as for future contact with the user.
  • Payment methods such as credit card details, if requested, will only be required to make a payment, and will not be retained by the operator.
  • It is emphasized and clarified that a user/surfer of the site who is not one of the operator's customers will not be required or asked to provide this or any other personal information.
  • During use of the site, additional information is collected that describes the user's activity patterns, including pages viewed, products or services in which they were interested or purchased, etc. This information is of a statistical nature only and does not include details that enable personal identification of the user.
  • The tools used to collect data and information are, for example: Google Analytics, Facebook pixel code, tools that measure website visits, time spent, etc.


2. The operator's database and how it is used

2.1 The information collected about the user/surfer, as explained above, is stored in the operator's database. The use of this data will be in accordance with the current privacy policy and/or the provisions of any law, and for the following purposes:

  • Contacting the user/customer for an update on the status of the service/products on behalf of the operator he is using.
  • Making charges and collecting payment for services and products.
  • Enforcing the terms of use and ensuring compliance with the obligations of the user and operator.
  • Providing an optimal user experience – convenient, efficient and safe.
  • Improving the services and content offered on the site, and adding new services and content.
  • Modification, update or removal of existing services and content at the operator's discretion.
  • Producing reports and analyzing statistical information, including providing it to third parties such as advertisers (where this information does not include personally identifiable information).
  • The information used by third-party operators will be collected anonymously by Google or Facebook or other statistics systems installed on the site. Additional uses as detailed in the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.


2.2 The personal information provided by the user, as well as additional data collected about him during use of the website system, will be stored in the operator's database, and will be used in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable law, for the following purposes:

  • Providing services to the user, handling inquiries and ensuring proper commercial activity and in accordance with the provisions of the law.
  • Internal operational uses.
  • Developing customer relationships, building loyalty and activities to promote and improve the user experience.
  • Marketing and advertising activities as well as the distribution of technical information and information about the website system (such as innovations and updates, important technical activities and operations) – including advertising, sales promotion and personal contact with the user by any accepted means of communication (such as mail, telephone, e-mail, text messages or any other means), in accordance with the provisions of the law.


2.3 The user is aware that he has no legal obligation to provide his details, and that the transfer of information is done voluntarily and with his consent.

In addition, the operator may, for the purposes specified above, from time to time provide general, anonymous or aggregate information (which does not personally identify the user) regarding the user's activity on the site, to entities that partner with him in his activity or to any other entity that provides services and benefits to users - all at the operator's discretion.


3. Transfer of information from the operator to a third party

The operator may, in certain cases and at its discretion and in accordance with the law, share or transfer information about the user to third parties. Among the possible cases for this:

  • If the operator decides to use third parties, including law firms or collection companies, to collect an unpaid debt.
  • As part of a transaction to sell the business, merge, divest or merge with another business.
  • In response to legal requirements, a request from a competent authority, a court order, or any other lawful request to cooperate with enforcement or government authorities.
  • To exercise or defend the operator's legal rights, including in cases of legal claims - including the possibility of waiving or asserting a legal objection at its discretion.

  • The operator and/or someone on its behalf will be entitled to provide information about you if they find that this is necessary to prevent serious harm to your body or property, as well as to the body or property of a third party.
  • When the operator believes that disclosure of information is necessary or appropriate for an investigation, report or other action intended to deal with prohibited or suspicious activity.
  • In cases where the user has given his consent to the transfer of his personal information to third parties.


4. Third party

  • The site contains links to external sites, which are not subject to this privacy policy. External websites that are linked to the site via links are not subject to this privacy policy. Therefore, when you go to other sites, the policy that applies to you is that of the site you are accessing. It is clarified that the operator recommends that you review the privacy policy of each site you visit.
  • Third parties to whom the Operator may transfer the User's personal information are subject only to their privacy policies, which will determine how the information will be used, how it will be stored and how it may be disclosed to other parties. For more information, the Operator recommends that users visit third-party websites and read their applicable privacy policies.
  • The operator sometimes allows third parties – including advertising companies, service providers and marketing networks – to display advertisements on the site. These parties use standard tracking tools such as "cookies", pixels, anonymous identifiers such as data collection by Google Analytics and/or Google Search Console or other monitoring technologies, for the purpose of collecting general information about how the site is used. This information may include, for example: duration of visit, pages viewed, source of access to the site, information about the Internet service provider, IP address, general location, browser type, type of device from which the visitor is browsing the site, screen resolution, geographic region (based on IP address) and browsing habits.
  • It should be emphasized that the manner in which these entities use "Cookies" and the information collected through them is determined by their privacy policy, and is not subject to the operator's privacy policy.
  • Some cookies will be deleted when you close your browser, while others will be saved on your computer's hard drive. If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can change your browser settings accordingly at any time.


5. Aggregated information data

  • The operator also uses general, non-personal information collected from users. This is aggregated data that does not personally identify the user, such as how many visitors have visited the site, which pages are the most popular, average time spent on each page, or which products or services have received the most interest.
  • This information can be combined with similar data from other sources, thus giving the operator a broader picture. Sometimes the operator may share such aggregated information with external parties – for example, consultants, advertisers or investors – to perform general business analyses.
  • The use of this type of information helps the operator or someone on its behalf improve the services and content on the site, develop new products and services, and also offer more tailored advertisements and content to users.


6. The means of collecting information

  • The operator uses various means to collect information from the user's device and how he browses the site.
  • Among other things, we use standard Internet technologies – such as "Cookies", data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HotBar, internal statistics tools in the website system and similar technologies – that allow us to examine how the website is used. It should be emphasized that the information collected is not personal.
  • Sometimes we will also use these tools within marketing emails or newsletters sent to the user, to know if they have been opened or if an action has been taken on them. Using this information, the operator can improve the services, display personalized content and advertising to each user, and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and content displayed on the site or sent through various means of communication. These tools will be operated by the operators of the mailing system through which the mailers will be sent to customers.


7. Information security

  • The operator uses up-to-date systems and procedures designed to maintain the security of the information on the site and protect it from unauthorized access. However, as with any online system, absolutely complete protection cannot be guaranteed, and therefore there may be a certain risk that external parties will be able to penetrate the stored information.
  • To maintain a high level of security, the operator monitors and tests the site's systems on an ongoing basis, and performs updates and upgrades as necessary. Still, it is important to know that the operator cannot be held liable for damages - direct or indirect - that may be caused if a hacking or disclosure of information nevertheless occurs as a result of the activities of third parties, or due to events beyond its control.


8. Saving payment method/credit card data

  • The operator respects all payment methods used in Israel: cash, credit cards, bank transfer, check, payment via Bit/Paybox applications.
  • In all payment methods except for credit card payment, the operator does not have personal details and/or a database of details except for the customer's name, the nature of the payment and additional details necessary for accounting purposes. These details are also not stored in the operator's databases after issuing one or another accounting document.
  • When paying by credit card, the payment is made from the Tranzila company's clearing system, and the operator does not have access to the database and the customer's credit card details except for the last 4 digits, and details necessary for accounting purposes.


9. The customer/user's right to review information

  • In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, every person has the right to check what information is stored about them in the operator's databases. If the user has reviewed the information collected about them and discovered that it is incorrect, incomplete, or out of date, he may contact the operator with a request to correct, update, or delete the information.
  • Contacting the operator will be made in writing via email and/or WhatsApp and/or mail and/or a contact form that appears on the Contact page on the site.
  • The surfer/customer must verify with the operator that his message has been received.
  • The latest contact addresses appear on the Contact Us page on the website.
  • In accordance with the regulations of the law, the activity of the website and the business (operator) in its current form does not require the registration of a database and does not require the appointment of a privacy protection officer.
